Which video sizes can I download with my package?
Packages are available in 4k, hd and sd resolution. Equal or lower resolution videos can also be downloaded from this package. For example you can download 4k, hd or sd video with 4k pack.
Can I buy video clips without my package?
Yeah. Just add your clips to the basket and pay using your credit card. The price of 4k resolution is $ 179 per clip, hd resolution is $ 79, and sd resolution is $ 65.
Can I have more than one active package at the same time?
Yeah. There is no limit to the number or type of packages you can have at the same time. For example, you can have 3 active HD packages at the same time.
I have many packages, how can I choose which one to download?
You can select the package you want to use in the basket. All available video packages will be available.
When does my package expire?
The duration of your package will expire after all your download rights or after 365 days. You cannot download new clips using this package, but you can access the clips in your download history for one year.

Can my packages be renewed automatically?
Yeah. The packages have optional auto-refresh settings. We strongly recommend using automatic renewal for uninterrupted access to video clips. You can choose to auto-renew from your tan account details ından page at the time of payment on the eyi order summary ”page or after purchasing the package. If auto-refresh is on, your package will be set to be refilled after 365 days or after downloading all the videos in that package - whichever comes first.
